Workplace Engagement

To engage with employees means to communicate effectively and regularly so that they fully understand the value of the pension scheme and other employee benefits. The more that employees are involved in the process, the greater their understanding will be and the more value they will place on the benefits. With that in mind, we have developed a range of communication options to suit all companies:

  • Group Presentations - provided on site to employees to ensure they fully understand their benefits package
  • Guidance Meetings - to give employees the opportunity through individual meetings to discuss confidential matters regarding their arrangements and be given guidance on what options they have
  • Financial Planning - providing independent financial advice to employees

Costs for services can be met by either the company or employee.
